What days are available for weddings?
The Eagle Ridge Wedding Venue holds weddings 7 days a week 364 days of the year (closed on Christmas Day).
How long are you able to hold the date for us?
We will hold your wedding date without a deposit for 14 days. We will advise if another couple are requesting the same date during that period of time.
I would like our wedding ceremony to be outside in front of your gazebo and lake. What if it rains? What are your wet weather ceremony options?
Our venue has a number of spaces which suit indoor ceremonies. Our marble foyer leading through to the lounge makes for gorgeous photos, as well as incorporating a ceremony space. Several couples have simply used umbrellas as cloudy days can provide the best light for photography, but the choice is yours!
How much notice do you need for changes due to wet weather?
Our Events team will keep a watchful eye on the weather radar up until 30 min prior to your ceremony. Half an hour is all we need to set up a lovely internal ceremony for you.
How many can be seated at each table for a sit-down reception?
We can seat up to 10 guests on each table for comfortable seating (we can do 11 guests per table if your numbers are really tight).
I have a particular wedding style I am after, can I decorate my tables?
Absolutely, we have couples that want their own personal touch to our Ballroom. For all it’s beauty, we have kept the Ballroom decorated in neutral tones so you can personalise this space to your liking. All decorations need to comply with various fire codes and OH&S regulations, give us a call to discuss.
How many chairs can I have outside at the ceremony?
We provide seating for 40 guests.
As we want everyone to have a great view of your wedding ceremony, we provide seating during the ceremony and your other guests are welcome to stand and view the proceedings from the top of the bridal entry stairs where we have chairs and tables positioned under the verandah.
Am I able to extend in the evening if I wish to?
Yes, you can. However, additional costs are payable.
Do you have a list of photographers, cake companies etc. that you can recommend?
We have curated a list of wonderful local suppliers who we can recommend for your wedding – from florists and celebrants to photographers and stylists, we have you covered!
Is your venue able to cater for wheelchairs?
Yes, we have wide internal and entry doors and there is access to the external ceremony spaces as well down either side of the building.
